The CEO and founder of YOUWIN M SDN BHD, Joey brings a visionary approach to steering the group's diverse business portfolio. Under her leadership, YOUWIN M has ventured into international trade, new energy, and data center construction, marking significant milestones in international business development from its headquarters in BBCC, Kuala Lumpur. Notably, Joey Chong has orchestrated collaborations across various sectors, including food trade project, real-estate venture in China, and a notable 3C cooperation project with Lamborghini.

Co-Founder, Chairman
The Chairman and co-founder of YOUWIN M SDN BHD, Joseph has been instrumental in broadening the group's strategic horizons. His expertise has been crucial in reorganizing Yousheng Holding Group in 2022, setting up the American technology longevity health ZJ medical center, and spearheading initiatives like the BAV cooperative development of aquaculture vaccines. Joseph Lim's leadership in securing exclusive contracts for Southeast Asian business development rights underscores his commitment to innovative growth and sustainability in mobility solutions.

Chief Financial Officer
With extensive experience in financial management and operations. Weichen leads the finance team and oversees the financial operations and reporting for the group. With over 5 years of expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and tax planning, Weichen previously served as a Finance Manager at China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of a Top 100 Fortune company. His strengths include building financial models, analyzing potential projects, and providing strategic financial advice.

Accomplished executive with over 15 years of extensive experience in data analysis, strategic marketing, and sales management. As a leader, Noor Shazreena Ishak has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, establishing marketing and sales objectives, and preparing company-wide sales forecasts. Shazreena is recognized for her ability to drive business growth through data-driven strategies and her proficiency in managing complex projects across diverse industries.
